REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
All orders are final sale. Exchanges are available only for manufacturing defects. To receive a replacement/refund email us within 3 days of receiving the product, email must include images.
RECEIVED WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEM
Email our customer service team with your order number and we will promptly send you a free prepaid return label and replacement item.
If a package is marked delivered but was not received we ask that you reach out directly to the shipping carrier for more details and assistance filing a lost package claim. Once a claim has been filed, please email and provide us with your order and the claim number for your lost package. Once we have all your information we will provide you with a refund or replacement.
